Accomplishments

 * Dan Pierson has code ready to check in to integrate
   the PTK with the new LoginManager;  he is awaiting
   comment by the community.

 * Drafted Observable/Observer interface descriptions,
   in support of both WikiNG (notifications) and workflow
   (FSM transitions).

Goals

 * Draft a "Once and Future PTK" vision document; submit
   it to the community.

 * Draft a "process" document describing the policy for
   managing contributor checkins.  My theory-du-jour is that
   we will mandate discussion of the patch through the Tracker,
   and that the "assigned" person there will be the one
   designated to do the checkin.  I also contemplate using
   branches here, but don't know yet if I want to start there.

 * Land Dan's patch for the LoginManager; create a new snapshot,
   with the LM stripped out and screaming notification of the
   dependency.

 * Create a public "status report" template in the PTK wiki, and
   begin instantiating it on a weekly basis.
