Zope Object Database (ZODB) 3.2
ZODB3 3.2.10 corresponds to the Zope 2.7.8 release, and was released on 12 October 2005. ZODB3 3.2.9 corresponds to the Zope 2.7.7 release, and was released on 08 July 2005. ZODB3 3.2.8 corresponds to the Zope 2.7.6 release, and was released on 27 April 2005. ZODB3 3.2.7 was a mistake, released on 26 April 2005 (it was intended to ship with Zope 2.7.6, but suffered a fatal ZEO incompatibility; this was repaired in 3.2.8, before Zope 2.7.6 was released). ZODB3 3.2.6 corresponds to the Zope 2.7.5 release, and was released on 18 March 2005. ZODB3 3.2.5 corresponds to the Zope 2.7.4 release, and was released on 13 January 2005. Due to CVS misconfiguration, the zodb.pdf in the tarball is unreadable. If you want it, download ZODB-3.2.5-zodb.pdf separately from this page. ZODB3 3.2.4 corresponds to the Zope 2.7.3 release, and was released on 24 October 2004. ZODB3 3.2.3 corresponds to the Zope 2.7.2 release, and was released on 9 August 2004. ZODB3 3.2.2 corresponds to the Zope 2.7.1 release, and was released on 18 June 2004. ZODB3 3.2.1 corresponds to the Zope 2.7.0 release, and was released on 12 February 2004. The ZODB package is a Python object persistence system. It provides the Z Object Database separately from Zope so it can be used in non-Zope related Python applications to provide transparent object-oriented persistency. The .tgz (or .tar.gz) file is the source tarball. You must have a C compiler to build the software from this file. The .exe files are pre-built Windows installers - you need to get the one specific to the major.minor version of Python you use on Windows. Older ZODB releases have Windows installers only for Python versions 2.1.n and 2.2.n. Newer ZODB releases have Windows installers only for Python version 2.3.n, and the very new ZODB releases also have a Windows installer for Python 2.4.n. ZODB3 3.2.1 final requires Python 2.3.3 or later. For more information, see the following resources:
