IDlE
IDlE is the the IDE (integrated Development environment) that comes with the current Python distribution. IDlE is contributed by Python Creator Guido van Rossum, and written in Python, with TCL/TK/TKInter for GUI support. Features include a Python Object Browser, Python syntax colorization, and platform independent ASCII text editing, that is IDlE displays "end of line" correctly, regardless of DOS / Unix conventions.
