RequirementStage

I (seb) will be responsible for making this stage happen.

This stage will state some BroadAims? for the site.

It will articulate these aims in the language of the people we are expecting to use the site.

I've now compiled the feedback, and am awaiting further discussion on the zope-web list, or here on the Wiki...

If you can read this text, it means you are not experiencing the Plone design at its best. Plone makes heavy use of CSS, which means it is accessible to any internet browser, but the design needs a standards-compliant browser to look like we intended it. Just so you know ;)
