Attachment support the following features : - Indexable (ZCatalog searches possible __inside__ content) - Automatic Icon, depending on uploaded filetype - Automatic filename change on download The following file types are supported (including indexation) ON BOTH UNIX AND WIN32 : - MS Word - MS Excel - MS PowerPoint - Adobe PDF The following file types are supported (without indexation) on unix only at this time: - Image files (gif, jpeg, png) - Audio (MP3) - Video (AVI, MPEG) It is pluggable, which means you can make it support new file types. Plugins package (ZAAPlugins.tar-xx.gz) is separated from Core component package (ZAttachmentAttribute-xx.tar.gz) A demonstration component is provided for CMF/Plone (ZAAPloneDemo-xx.tar.gz)
