I've been experimenting with CSS and some of the opportunities to both 
make the current default page layout a lot nicer, while also making it 
degrade gracefully.

Goals

  o Increase attractiveness and usability of default PTK page

  o Open opportunities for customization by modifying user style sheets

  o Ensure that non-CSS browsers (Netsape 4.x, lynx, wireless, etc.) 
    still get pages that are useful

Requirements

  o Make a page that looks exceptional on IE5.x, Mozilla/NS6, Opera, 
    and perhaps Konqueror

  o Degrade gracefully on Netscape 4.x and text browsers
